Information We Collect

We collect: (a) your wallet address when you connect; (b) trading activity and strategy configurations stored in your account; (c) email address if provided voluntarily during onboarding; (d) usage data such as page views and feature interactions for product improvement.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and improve the Platform; send transactional notifications (trade confirmations, strategy alerts); calculate performance fees; display leaderboard rankings (wallet address only, truncated); and comply with legal obligations.

Wallet Data

Your connected wallet address is used for authentication and on-chain transaction signing. Your agent wallet's encrypted private key is stored securely on our servers and is never exposed via any API endpoint. We do not store seed phrases.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Helius for Solana RPC and webhook services; (c) Resend for transactional email delivery; (d) law enforcement when legally required. All third-party services are GDPR-compliant where applicable.

Public Leaderboard

If you participate in the leaderboard, your truncated wallet address and P&L rank are publicly visible. You may opt out of leaderboard display from your Settings page at any time.

Referral Program

Referral codes and conversion events are stored to credit referral rewards. Your referral activity is not shared with third parties. Referred users' identities are not disclosed to referrers.

Data Retention

Trade history and account data are retained for as long as your account is active, plus a minimum of 12 months for financial record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Security

We employ industry-standard security practices including AES-256 encryption for agent wallet keys, JWT authentication with 30-day expiry, Redis-backed rate limiting, and HTTPS-only communication. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage and cookies solely for session management (JWT token) and user preferences (e.g., paper/live mode selection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@qwnt.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
